About AEMC
underline

Advanced Environmental Monitoring and Control (AEMC) is one of the projects within the Exploration Systems Technology Development Program, which is a component of NASA's Exploration Systems Mission Directorate and Advanced Capabilities Division.

AEMC develops technologies that sense environmental hazards and provide information to control systems, to help maintain a safe environment for astronauts in the International Space Station, the Orion crew exploration vehicle, and future missions to the Moon, Mars, and other parts of the solar system.
